 There is nothing like waiting extremelly impatiently for a game, to make watching others play it before you get to really annoy you. But for those of you who want to StarCraft II in action you can hop on over to Blizzards website and watch a 21 minute fight between two of Blizzars top designers. The match is between Matt Cooper and David Kim. At over 550 mbs its lengthy download but it is definately worth it.
There is a full commentary running with the video to help you understand more of what is going on. Even though the tech tree didn't appear to be locked down both sides didn't go crazy trying to build only the most advanced units. Instead they opted for the more traditional mixed group of characters. They would try sneak around the back to get their workers or attack full on from a distance. Overall it was a very interesting video and if you can't wait for StarCraft II, this will make the wait even worse.

 The long awaited release of Sven Co-op 4.0(beta) has come to an end. This new version of Sven Co-op not only features new monsters, maps, and weapons, it also adds features and enhancements that are too numerous to list here. All you need to play right now is HL1, but upcoming beta 2 releases will require Opposing Force and Blue Shift.
3-PG is going to try to ride the wave and have set up a server and a quick download link so we can frag together.
We'll revitalize our Retro Mod Night this month (Saturday January 17th) and get everyone we can on TeamSpeak to play.

We have received a total of $530 in donations for Child's Play Charity. This puts us just over the $500 matching and thus I will be sending $1030 to them today with donators names attached. In addition, forum members wil receive 1 GC for each $ they donated.

 It appears that LG is trying to satisfy the childhood dreams of many middle age geeks with their latest attempt at the wristphone. For any kid that played Dick Tracy as a kid (or even know who Dick Tracy is), the wristphone has always been on the cool-wish-I-had-one list.
There have been many PR releases from a multitude of companies in the past for a fabled wristphone, that you know, may actually be functional. But up to today, there really hasn't been a real winner with pleasingly aesthetic shape, function, and usability.
