In the past few days some of the differences between "Free play" (out of the box) vs "Elite Play" (subscription) have been outlined by Lee Dotson from Flagship Studios. It's worth noting that the subscription is 9.99 USD a month.
~*~ Elite ~*~
- Regular content updates, small ones every month and large ones every three months.
(ie. new quests, dungeons, weapons, monsters, etc. that can only be accessed by elite players.)
- Elite content will access higher
- Can create guilds.
- 24/7 Cust. Supp.
- More character slots (12)
- Larger shared stash
- Increased Level Cap as content is released
- Additional play modes, hardcore, pvp, rp, etc..
- Hopefully there will never be server ques but -if- there are then elites get priority.
If someone can find out what "Elite content will access higher" means I would love to, the above list is a direct quote.
It is Believed that elite items and other subscription features, such
as character slots and larger stashes, will be "frozen" after you stop
subscription. I've yet to find any information if new content areas
will be frozen after dropping subscription, but it seems to be some
what infered from the information
out there. If you subscribe after release you will have access to any elite content released up to that date.
