What is Bullet Time?
Bullet Time is a feature in lots of action FPS games. The action of the game is slowed down on certain events in order to dramatize the action. This plugin does exactly that.

When is Bullet Time started?
Bullet Time is started upon taunt kill, melee kill, or crit kill. Spy's knife will only trigger bullet time upon backstab.

Won't this make Snipers overpowered? They could just headshot someone, gain bullet time, then shoot another person during that...
I have already tried this, and the sniper won't manage to reload before bullet time is over. He won't benefit from his previous kill.

I think a slowed down 3pg would be fucking horrible. A big portion of why I even play here is for the pace, regular TF2 feels too slow.

does Slomo effect ALL players once triggered?

If not, then that means when a Sniper headshots a player next to me then tried to slomo melee kill me, he's moving slower, thus easier for me to kill. And I get to look up at him, laugh, and go why the fuck is he moving so slow.

Also, If this is a global effect, on 3-PG....it will be called a stutter or lag. Imagine yourself running to the cart to get the cap and every 1.5 seconds you slow down a considerable amount, because somebody killed somebody. GASP! If I turn a corner and get Rocket Spammed, do have any idea how much time was just wasted and how exponentially pissed off you'd be? Now, you have to start the entire process over again, most likely with failed results.

This plug-in doesn't make sense. This plug-in is most suitable to players who aren't able to watch giblets fly all over the place LIVE and in real time.

I think it changes "host_timescale", which would affect all players on the server.

Very interesting idea, but it does appear to affect host_timescale which would be hugely annoying to everyone else on the server. So I'd give this a no.

I thought it was neat too. I wouldnt want it on the server, but might be neat for a special event.

Agreed, looks more like a possible Party Time plug-in, but no way this would work on the primary (Accelerated) server.

This appears more annoying than funny. I'd say no to this on any occasion since this thing will go off every half-second on the servers. Unless you also removed crit effects from all weapons just to use this mod, it would be a complete failure.

On the plus side, if everything slows down by half, you get a 2x boost in FPS ;D
