So, are you eager for Natural Selection 2 to come out?  So are we!  We're so anxious that were going to revive what got us hooked to NS in the first place.  That would be the first public release of NS 1.0 that was on Halloweeen 2002, a few months later 1.04 was released and solidified the first FPS / RPG game we all came to love.

Join us this Friday Night June 26th for some good old fashion Alien vs. Marine - Melee vs. Ranged Weapons fragg'n on 3-PG.  If your even partially familiar with NS or think your a pro at the current version 3.2 your going to want to play 1.04 for some old school fun.  Some major game changes have evolved since 1.04 like alien teching how resources are dueled out.  In the past, just 1-2 gorges were effective because communal resouces and overflow when other classes would max out. It was important to not waste resources as alien so the overflow would spread amongst your team.  Fade had bile-bomb instead of Gorges, Onos have Primal Scream from Lerks who had spike darts in 1.04.  Onos in 1.04 got Paralyze ability with their Tentacles instead of Stomp ability with their feet in 3.2.  There are too many to list so come find out for yourself.

Install 1.04: [CLICK HERE FOR CLIENT INSTALL] Our admin Urd has done a nice job packaging up this install to detect if you already have NS installed or not.  If you already have NS installed, it will rename your NS install to ns.bak and install 1.04 into ns directory.  Oh, you must have HL1 installed and if its your first time installing an HL1 mod, you must run HL1 first.
